Top quality ingredients from local Aussie farmers

At Springroll Gold, our gourmet spring rolls are all about quality and locally sourced ingredients. We're committed to using the freshest produce and proteins available from our region, prioritising farmers as close to our local area as possible, and supporting our agricultural community.

For over twenty years, we've built strong relationships with our local fruit and vegetable wholesalers, growers and protein producers. These partnerships help us maintain consistent quality and cost-effectiveness in our ingredients, which is crucial for our customers.

We source all our wild-caught tiger prawns right here in our local Northern Queensland area, with our suppliers known for the flavour and quality of their prawns. By sourcing locally we’re minimising time in transport and guaranteeing the prawns always arrive fresh to our facility.

Our partnership with Our Cow ensures we use premium grass fed beef, supporting Australian farmers and sustainable practices. Our Cow sources all of their premium grass fed and finished beef from local farmers who produce their beef ethically and minimise their environmental footprint.

When sourcing our fruit and vegetables, we’ve dedicated significant time to partnering with local wholesalers and growers who consistently supply top quality produce and who we know we can rely on.

Our strong network of local distributors are key in keeping our supply chain efficient, and ensure we have the specific proteins we need for our diverse range of spring rolls.

And of course, we only ever use our own homegrown award-winning barramundi, from right here on our farm in the lush Port Douglas hinterland, in tropical North Queensland. We focus on producing top quality, certified sustainable barramundi that is succulent and flavourful, across two farms and 24 ponds, utilising 100% recycled water.

By focusing on locally sourced ingredients and supporting our farming community, we guarantee our spring rolls are not only flavourful but always fresh and delicious.  Just like John West, we believe that only the best will do!
